Loren Gulak
Percussionist Loren Gulak has been drumming for over 20 years. He has performed and recorded with a diverse group of bands and musical genres: from reggae, funk, latin jazz and heavy metal, to kirtan.  He has accompanied and traveled with Rhythmic Flow Yoga since 2004, offering workshops and music based retreats in Costa Rica, India, Jamaica, and Greece. Loren is also a product designer, sound engineer, photographer, and Director/Owner of the Wilmington Yoga Center in North Carolina.
 
Kristin Cooper, ERYT500
Kristin Cooper, ERYT500, is a registered 500 hr Yoga Alliance teacher. She works with students with cancer and HIV, and has worked privately with celebrity clients Ashley Judd & Katie Holmes.  Kristin is the director of the Wilmington Yoga Center, and travels as a teaching assistant and percussionist for Shiva Rea. She is the creator of Rhythmic Flow Yoga w/live drumming and leads workshops and international service based retreats with her percussionist husband, Loren Gulak. Kristin is also the founder of Kunga Journeys service based yoga teacher trainings & service retreats. She has studied extensively with many wonderful senior teachers, including David Life & Sharon Gannon, Sarah Powers, Yoganand, & Shiva Rea, and her greatest teachers have been the orphaned children of Rwanda and India, of whom she has had the opportunity to live, laugh, work and fall in love with.

Troy Pierce
Drummer/percussionist Troy Pierce currently divides his time between projects with flamenco guitarist William “Paco” Strickland, Sea Pans Steel Drum Ensemble, Kevin Kolb Trio, Aqua Viva, and several regional jazz and pop groups. He was classically trained at the North Carolina School of the Arts, later studied jazz at the Manhattan School of Music, and received a BA degree from the University of New York. As an accompanist, Troy has served on the faculties of Juilliard, NYU, N.C. School of the Arts, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and Wake Forest University. Troy's musicianship has earned him praise in many national and international media publications including Billboard Magazine, the Village Voice and the BBC London Radio Network.
 
Tara Folton, RYT
Tara Folton, RYT, is a registered 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher, receiving her certification from the Nosara Yoga Institute in the jungles of Costa Rica. She works as an Assistant for Kristin Cooper Gulak; and has assisted the 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, as well as Kristin’s Power Vinyasa Teacher Training. She also is the retail manager for the Wilmington Yoga Center’s Boutique. Her intention is to share her experiences to others that are on a path to find strength within, along with cultivating a sense of compassion, peace, & love through their yoga practice on the mat, and most importantly, off the mat!

Adam Stetten
Adam Stetten is from Wilmington and resides in Raleigh, NC.  His percussion experience comes from school band and jazz band, punk rock and funk. He devotes his working hours working on energy efficiency and practicing real estate. Adam took his first yoga class from Kristin in 2001.
