Welcome

Service Work
All Rhythmic Flow Yoga & Kunga trainings, retreats, and workshops are service based programs, dedicated to educating the public about approaching yoga as a path of service. All of our projects involve fundraising for Class 5 non-profits serving children, animals, and the environment. Most programs provide hands on oppurtunities to volunteer with underserved communities. Some highlights of our service work have included placing 50 yoga teacher trainees in underserved communities, taking western students overseas for volunteer work with orphans, and raising over $20,000 in funds and schooling for various local and international charities.

Teacher Trainings
Our teacher trainings are dedicated to this vision of yoga as service and include 35 hr, 200 hr, & 500 hr models in weeklong, 6 month, and up to 5 year formats. Our trainings are synthesis based programs covering the broad spectrum of applied living yoga teachings on and off the mat, and provide all trainees the oppurtunity to teach in areas where yoga is much needed.

Workshops
Our workshops include one, two, and three day formats open to the general public and provide a taste of our more intensive programs in a fun, light-hearted environment. Workshops are open to all levels unless otherwise noted and cover a broad range of yoga practice, methodologies, philosophy, anatomy & especially music!

Retreats
Our global retreats and service retreats (Kunga Journeys) fuse the healing practices of yoga in a natural setting with hands on involvement in our host country/community. Service retreats are set up to bridge cultures, fundraise, and provide an oppurtunity for all to experience the healing practices of yoga.
